Chemical reactors
“SibMashPolymer” Ltd. designs and manufactures chemical reactors (devices, agitation tanks) based on applications (sketches, drawings, etc.) as well as technical specifications given by the Customer.
Devices, chemical processes reactors are designed in estimating-analytical, CAD programs: design engineering, selecting material, its configuration, thickness, etc. based on reactor operating conditions (purpose, concentration and temperature of the working environment). Structural analysis of plating baths is done in line with DVS recommendations..
Completeness of chemical reactors is determined together with the Customer drafting a technical-and-commercial proposal.
We use high-quality raw materials from the leading producers in Russia and Europe to manufacture chemical reactors:
